Because many of our products are freshly baked and perishable, we cannot accept returns once the order has been collected or delivered.

Cakes and cupcakes are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer, therefore they cannot be returned or refunded once collected.

For postal orders such as New York Cookies or decorated biscuits, if your order arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Orders for collection cakes may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled collection time. Cancellations made later than this may not be eligible for a refund.
